muu, he can fly high in the sky and use jinton to crushed 3rd raikage :scorps:

muu, i dont see how the third is going to counter him flying up high then turning invisible and using a surprise jinton on him, and i doubt the 3rd could dodge it because detachment of the primitive world has a very wide range and can be activated incredibly quickly once the user has formed the miniture jinton in his hand (not sure if the invisibilty tech would extend to the jinton but it doesnt really matter as muu can just fly behind the 3rd to form the tech and then fire it so the 3rd wont be able to react regardless)

even if raikage knows about muu what can he do to harm him. He cannot find muu whereas muu can easily take aim at him from the sky.

I don't think raikage can withstand dust release that turns bodies into dust

With knowledge of one another as you describe, the Raikage will not allow Dust release to hit him.
You did not mention Muu's knowledge of Raikage's attack power thus I believe Muu may take him too lightly and get struck by a deadly blow as he will think Raikage's defence is his Ace.

Raikage wins...without too big a challenge. Muu could only win with Dust Release.

As far as I am aware...Muu cannot fly...or I Imagine he would be...
