3rd raikage. From what weve seen of minato's abilities rasengan WILL not penetrate the 3rd's defence.

Before annoying minato fanboys say naruto figured out what happened to the raikage he had the help of dodai and the 8 tailed, something if he didnt have, wouldnt have come up with such a strategy. Minato wouldnt have this luxury

seems reasonable, do you think that if kyuubi would have appeared in cloud village during the 3rd raikage reign that he would beat it or at least stalemate it just like what he did to the 8 tail.

seems reasonable, do you think that if kyuubi would have appeared in cloud village during the 3rd raikage reign that he would beat it or at least stalemate it just like what he did to the 8 tail.

He fought the 8 tailed and cut off all its tale, then drew with it. I do think he will hold his own although this time i think the 9 tailed would come out victorious because its a little more powerful than the 8 tailed, although not by much.

Saying that if the 8tailed tbb didnt work on the 3rd raikage, i dont think the 9 tailed would either although it will most likely be stronger. Raikage instead of collpasing due to low chakra against the 8 tailed, i think this time he would die due to low chakra

3rd Raikage and im pretty sure hes faster than his son the 4th Raikage so minato fighter the 3rd would be like fighting a tailed beast all over again that can fight 3 days and 3 nights straight. the 3rd would overpower him

i dont think ma and ma can catch him in genjutsu hes way to fast, and i dont think a valcano can do much to him when in his lighting armor
