Watch Kakashi Chronicles, in there when Kakashi is attacking with Raikri, Minato saves him without FTG and marks the guy in the proccess, while the blade was about to go thru Kakashi.

I think minato is overhyped, the third raikage would win, minato hasnt got da sensing ability naruto has in sage mode and he hasnt got the info either

probably minato we don't kno all about him so i can't say for sure but his ftg, intelligence and sealing techs are amazing so i would lean towards minato.

3rd raikage would win, minato has showed no attack strong enough to beat him, raikage has way more chakra so minato can't wear him out, in fact it's the exact opposite,and minato's teleporting technique isint infalible, raikage could predict where he will teleport and 1 hit ko him with that raiton technique of his.
