Killer Bee wins, I'd recon his best bet is to devolve into a V2 or V1 shroud and make use of Samehada rather then remain in his BM form, especially without the BB ability here.

Chakra absorption. It takes away any threat Bee has of taking damage from the Third, and with Bee being on a similar tier speed if not above the Third, Bee'll control the battle soundly.

Right, in V1 stage. Can he do that in V2? Also I haven't read the manga in a while nor debated, I don't know if V1 Bee is faster or on par with the Third Raikage in speed who I think is limited to V1 RnY.

V2 is debatable, considering his usual carry ons disappear. But he could always just drop Samehada while transforming, I don't see why that wouldn't work. V1 is at the least on the level of Ay's V1, seeing how they both need to be around the same speed level for the Lariat to be effective to the extents they like it. I wouldn't put V1 Raikage too far above the others, if at all.

I took that as Bee being naturally stronger than Ay, as he threw him backwards. I'd find it very hard to swallow that V1 Bee > V1 Ay by that much. And I don't see how the Raikage could hurt him with Samehada absorbing the shroud.

OP states that Bee starts in BM, and you can bet that the Raikage will be blitzing the second the battle starts. It's a matter of how fast Bee can go back to his human form and pull out the Samehada before he gets bisected.

Bee has full intel, so he should know that none of his moves will put down the Raikage. I think he'd start off with the 8 tailed whirlwind right off the bat, which would flatten parts of the area. It won't kill or damage the Raikage significantly, but it can push him back/keep him off balance and prevent him from blitzing. Then, he can transform into v1 or v2 and use Samaheda to suck the Raikage of all his chakra.(the speed differential between the 2 isn't that big in that form, so Bee won't be blitzed)
