3rd Raikage Vs. Killer Bee

The 3rd raikage or killer bee. They both are experienced lightning users. Killer Bee can do tailed beast bomb and other jinjuriki stuff, but the 3rd raikage has the the ultimate sword and shield. Just for once can you assume the raikage won't fall like an idiot because he punctures himself:no_ignore: ( I hate the way he lost). Who wins?
