Other side, kakashi,copy ninja of konoha,at the level of a kage and also have ms.
2nd,Guy,the best taijutsu user,able to open 7 gates,kick kisame's ass 3 time and so more.

Its not totally unfair. Kakashi was considered for kage postion after all and Guy is his rival, which means that he would eventually become kage level himself. Eight gates are powerful and so is Kakashi's kamui technique. If Guy could succeed in holding sown the riakage for a few seconds, Kakashi could warp the raikage away.
