Yeah yeah, the extremely strong 3rd Raikage vs Dragon Sage Mode Kabuto.
No summonings nor ET allowed (except for the Sound 4 which practically live inside of Kabuto).

The Sandaime Raikage doesn't have the Genjutsu prowess to break Mugen Onsa, leaving him vulnerable since Genjutsu disrupts chakra flow. Causing him to drop Raiton Armor in a similar fashion to how Sasuke and Itachi's Susano'O dissipated, removing a large chunk of his durability.

His speed feats in Sennin Mode are enough to dodge the Raikage's Nukite as well.​

Kabuto takes this with mid difficulty. He has some pretty impressive speed feats, and while he's no 3rd Raikage in speed and power, he's far too versatile for the Raikage. He just has to be careful not to get blitzed, but even then, healing factor and liquified body.

Kabuto comfortably wins this,

--Manda 2, muki tensei and bracken dance to stall the raikage, whilst he can execute white rage and mugen onsa to make the raikage lose his armor thus allowing kabuto to finish him off,

--his liquifying enables him to counter all of the raikages physical blows with ease, and his reflexes and DSM sensing enables him to easily react to the raikages speed, meaning that the raikage doesnt stand a chance

kabuto probably wins but unlike belief of most, it's not easy or a stomp... people are forgetting kabuto's strength lies in his ability to liquefy where raikage has affinity for lightning i.e weakness of water(kabuto)... if he got blitz then it's over for kabuto as well.. but considering his sensory skills and v1 speed of raikage, i'd give it to him more times than not...
