he wouldd beat his son in battle rather easily, as his hell stab crushes through A, and his RNY laughs at all of Ay's attacks

3rd Raikage wins. Ay is faster, but there's nothing in his arsenal that can kill the third. Meanwhile, the third has superior stamina by feats, so once Ay's v2 drops down, he tears his son to shreds with his 3 fingered nukite. GG

Ay lacks the destructive power to breach his father's armour. Wind beats lightning, but the Third Raikage's armour is so strong that it tanked a Fuuton: Rasenshuriken. So even if you claim that Ay's attacks have equal destructive power as a Rasenshuriken (which it doesn't), the Third still tanks it since he shrugged off a wind-style attack of a superior caliber.

If Ay tries to hit his father, he blocks and chops him in half or runs him through with Nukite. Ay gets stomped.

I don't see how this is a debatable match.
