The first hokage had to of eventually gotten through madara's susano. I mean the weight and strength of this trees can hold down kyubi it can kill an unconscious Raikage. Would it happen fast enough?? That is undebatable. I am only presenting possible strategies. That is all we can really debate.

Hashirama: could use Bringer of Darkness, and while the third is surrounded by darkness, he could try to strangle him with mokuton while binding his limbs to prevent hell stab and running away. He could also you AWoFT. The third is impervious to have his skin cut not necessarily to having his neck compressed. But meh. The pollen should atleast render him unconscious.
Tobirama: could tire him to exhaustion with Edo-Tensei
Hiruzen:Given Hiruzen's feats he can't beat the 3rd Raikage directly
Minato: at best can do one of two things, he can perhaps lure Raikage into a trap that sends him into another dimension like Minato did to a TBB. Or he could try to make Raikage hit himself via Rasengan. I find the second to be the least likely. I don't really imagine Minato winning but he could.
Tsunade:Medical ninjutsu doesn't need to penetrate the skin to attack. In addition the 3rd Raikage doesn't always keep a full raiton cloak like A so he can be caught by pathway derangement. In addition Tsunade is no push over in physical strength and the 3rd Raikage performed his attacks slow enough for people to see, warn others and react to the technique. Tsunade has a 5 in intelligence. IF he is in fact stronger than her, after she lands a counter blow and sees he's not injured and she notices he's stronger, then "why you are hitting yourself no jutsu" isn't that hard to do. A proper strike in the elbow joints would reflexively make his arm come inward and at himself. Being a medical ninja Tsunade would know this. And we know Tsunade uses pressure point attacks as per this:
