Naruto managed to get the 3rd to impale himself and he wasn't using KB mode. Minato is smarter and faster. He can easily create a counter to the 3rd, but putting the counter to work will be with extreme difficulty. All in all, I'd say Minato would win this match but with serious injury.

3rd rakage vs madara would be more interesting. Its obvious who wins this. Yondaime dies or runs away, he isn't stupid so I think he'd run ,like he did when he realized bee was the hachibi

THE FACt that you should mention, is that A is faster than his dad, but can tank less-less endurance... and minato is faster than A, thus minato is not just faster than 3rd raikage but he is way too fast for bodybuilder guy
Minato mastered fuinjutsu, so he might be able to poof just behind 3rd raikage put a mark on him, then find a place like... active volcano and teleport him straight into lava or elsewhere more dangerous... imagine.... and then he can tp back home to have some kushina's raamen ))
rly i am not a fanboy, but why would u expect minato to go taijutsu with 3rd raikage, lol his appearance islf says dont fight fist2fist wid me... plus minato always used his space time techs, and yes his analyzing abilities are pretty good, he was able to find tobi's 0.1 second weak point... think

me on other hand read every page here b4 posting my point. there was 1 guy who took into account other options like summoning a huge frog on to raikage, but idk if that works... i think my suggestion would be more devastating for raikage...

Fact: Minato is faster than the 3rd Riakage.

Naruto figured out what can pierce the 3rd Raikages armour. Kakashi is smarter than Naruto but Kakashi and Jiraiya both said Minato was a once in the life time genius.

Fact: Minato is smarter than the 3rd Raikage.

3rd Raikage took on an army of 10,000, fought for 3 days straight, still didn't even kill all 10,000 (highly doubt it was even 10,000, probably exageration from Darui). during Third Shinobi War, all opposing forces were given "Flee on sight" if Minato showed up on the battlefield. Minato was able to wipe out an entire platoon within the blink of an eye.

Fact: Minato was much more deadly than the 3rd Raikage.

3rd Raikage lasted 3 days against 10,000 shinobis.

Fact: 3rd Raikage has greater durability and strength.

yes, i admit that any frog can be just penetrated with lightning sheaat.. but i suggested something different, like throwing raikage into lava of active volcano, there can be different ways to kill raikage, minato can even teleport him to the bottom of ocean, where no air, so raikage dies out of breath... so many ways to kill raikage... the only think that minato has to pull off is put a mark on raikage, which shouldnt be very hard coz minato>A the 4th raikage> 3rd raikage in terms of speed!

3rd Raikage would win... He has crazy endurance and is so tough that he wouldnt be effected by any rasengans since even not even BM Naruto rasenshurikens could do anything to him... Honestly Yondaime hasnt proved to have incredible endurance or anything near superhuman strength
