3rd Raikage because he can only be taken down by either himself or 10,000 ninja.....so I choose him.

in this one i say the 1 that makes the first mistake. both are very powerful ninjas and both have very strong jutsu but i say the 2sd mizu because he is smarter and can make a potent batle plan

This is interesting. Ninjutsu and taijutsu doesnt really work on the 3rd raikage therefore genjutsu would most liekly work and the 2nd mizukage is a genjtsu specialist. Saying the the 2nd mizukage would still need to use ninjutsu on the 3rd raikage and i dont see him acquring any jutsu that could harm the 3rd.
Plus the 3rd raikage stamina is out of this world, he is the only person who actually fought a bijuu and came out with a draw. Minato couldnt face the 9 tailed head on and draw, instead he sealed it with cost him his life.

yea man your right unless the 2nd mizukage has Water Prison Technique in which if the 3rd is trapped inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water and drowns. other than that 3rd Raikage all the way

mizukage dude, 3rd raikage was good as edo zombie, if he wasnt edo zombie, he would be killed by temari...and lightning armour CAN be penetrated not so hardly....

This fight will never end ! The Raikage can't be killed & the Mizukage ( no knowledge ) has infinite Izanagi .

due to what has currently been shown and the styles they use i would probably say its pretty even though raikage would have the elemental advantage on the clan ability but at the same time Mizukage is a genjutsu specialist and can fool the raikage
