FTG hurts no one. It teleports you. No duh. Tobirama can dodge 3rd Raikage's attacks with FTG or reflexes. Minato did it with A V2, so Tobirama is capable of doing it to Sandaime V1.

No one hates Tobirama and I can assure no one is banding together as well. Whats funny is that everyone seems to think Tobirama would lose except people with Tobirama avas/sigs. However that aside I haven't seen 1 decent counter to the 3rds defense who has tanked bijuu bombs by the 8 tails and fought for 3 days. Tobiramas arsenal does not cut it and that includes edo suicide attack.
