Interesting match up conditions. Still have to go with Kabuto. 3rd Raikage can't do anything effectively to Kabuto, only pressure him to move around so bombs can hit him.

Kabuto still has Kidomaru and Kimmiaro's arsenals for long range options to take down, drag down, or use web sling movements to attach to Deidara's mobility. Thus ending the fight.

Not knowing about C4 isn't going to stop him from senses a cloud of chakra raining down on him, thus moves out of its range.

Deidara can stall on his bird and prep for C4 but Kabuto will see his attack clear as day and avoid it. Any other bombs are null voided by a combination of SM durability and Karin healing. Kabuto then either uses Kimimaro bone spam, Kidomaru aarow/web spam or Muki Tensei in order to dismount ponytail and end him.
