My mistake here. I was assuming when someone said the 3rd's Blood was made of Iron,that they were actually correct....it was like Iron...not actually Iron...Had it been Iron the 3rd Kazekage would have been able to control his body and blood and ripped him apart.

but anyway i doubt he was faster then a raikage and i doubt that iron sand can do much to the 3rd raikage
