Until I see feats from Hiruzen in his prime he gets stomped by the 3rd Raikage.

3rd hokage aint got nothing powerful enough to harm 3rd raikage (atleast he havent shown any), except death reaper seal, but raikages too fast for that. So sarutobi is slower, doesnt posses as powerful attacks or defence. Looks pretty one sided.

OT: 3rd Raikage. The guy has hardly any attacks to harm in that we have seen. He would overwhelm Hiruzen quickly IMO.

The 3rd hokage wasnt called the god of shinobi for no reason he obviously earned that title

And we have only ever seen him fight one battle but he fought the first and second hokage

The 1st hokage was the most powerful shinobi of his time ,the 1st fought of tobi and the 9 tailed fox and survived

His brother the second hokage could create vast quantities of water out of thin air and was also a powerful ninja

The 1st and the 2nd where also known for there really good partnership in battle

The Third hokage God of shinobi battled them both and was equal to them and in the end beat them both the only reason he lost to orochimaru was because of the physical and mental damage he had revived fighting of his former Friends and teachers and yet was still on a strong enough level to rid orochimaru of his use of jutsu He would of succeded in killing orochimaru with him had he not sustained a sword through the back of his stomach but still managed to rid orochimaru of his use of jutsu until orochimaru transferred into another body quite sometime later he also used the dead demon consuming seal 3 times by using shadow clones something no one has ever done before in the end after fighting and defeating the 1st and 2nd hokage and taking orochimarus jutsu away from him he died he was also shown to be able to combine his fire style with his earth style to create a more powerful combined jutsu That was all in his old age Imagine The third Hokage In his Prime !

and the third raikage also had the strongest spear We know he battled the 8 tails to a tie they both past out from exhaustion he battled the combined shinobi forces in his edo state and and was powerful he died fighting of 10 000 men for three days
