Orochimaru toyed with him.
He didn't defeat 1 and 2 hokage, he just sealed them with forth hokages jutsu, which makes it draw because he died too.
Honestly he couldn't even beat those 2 weak versions of hokages

Oh seven hells. NEVER. Every one of the current kages could beat him according to his current feats. Even Mei beats him quite easily and that is something. She ia the weakest known kage after Hiruzen. I hope he'd live up to his hype even in some way. D:
