The word I have bolded is 扱う (atsukau). The literal meaning is "to deal with" or "to handle". Obviously the Sandaime Hogake cannot use every jutsu in Konoha. Stating that he was called the Professor for knowing and being able "to deal with"/"to handle" every jutsu that exists in Konoha makes sense, especially if you consider what occurred in the canon fight. Sandaime countered the Nidaime's suiton with doton and countered the Shodai's Mokuton with Enma.

Hiruzen was given a very small entry in DB3, probably because he had a very small involvement in Part 2 at the Point that DB3 was released and there is no need for Kishi to repeat what he has said about Hiruzen in DB1 and DB2, when no new information as come to light.

Basically your saying that Kishi has to restated Hiruzen is the strongest Hokage in every successive Data-book or you won't believe it. That argument is a bunch BS considering that Kishi has already stated it 4 Times between Manga and previous Data-books, why should Kishi have to repeat himself yet again? Kishi did take time however to mention Sarutobi amazing skillfulness in Ninjutsu as part of the reason he was known as the Professor adding more hype onto the title of professor than just him having knowledge of all Jutsu in konoha and how to counter them.

The 1st hokage was hailed as comparable to the SO6P(strongest shinobi ever and had the 10 tailed beast). Nothing like that was ever said about the 3rd. My point is that alot of things are said in naruto but most of them end up not being true.

Fans Translation, or sometimes Fans, makes the problem and not Kishi. We, or some, cannot never know what Kishi means until we have the confirmed Translation or confirmation from Kishi on the argument. As what you're saying is incorrect. Fan Translation: "....Hashirama's Strength Consider Him A Fairy Tale Just Like the Rikudou Sennin". Many thought the Rikudou Sennin (or Rinnegan) was a myth. Now it is a reality. [1] The only difference is, Kabuto has enhance the DNA of Hashirama upon Madara.

True, Hiruzen was said to be the strongest Hokage; however, this was contradicted when Jiraiya, Hiruzen's own student, stated:

"Aw come on, everybody pales in comparison to the fourth lord. As a shinobi his capacity was unparalleled, a true one-of-a kind."

And to think that Jiraiya would not know of Hiruzen's prime is absurd. But Kishi also implied that Naruto surpassed his father once he'd awakened KM, but we know KM Naruto does not outclass all of his opponents. People then claim that Hashirama has been outright said to be the strongest Hokage, even the second strongest after the Sage of 6 Paths himself; to that I say LOL. These fools totally ignore the fact that Kabuto clearly implied that there were once ninja on Shodaime's level. They wank off of the hype Madara gave him, without realising that Madara has not fought every ninja who has ever lived, and is therefore giving an invalid opinion.

What you need to realise is, these are all character quotes and totally opinion based, none of them are objective and to be taken as absolute. What a shite story Kishimoto would have if all the characters had the same opinion and all reached the same conclusion. People pick and choose what parts of the Manga to Agree and Disagree with.

People also seem to have problems with their reading and understanding skills, since people think kabuto's statement about hashirama put's him on the sages level or directly under him at the no.2 spot.
