3rd hokage= god of shinobi
3rd Tsuchikage= oonki- dust release
no info on 3rd mizukage
but still they own

According to the manga yes they are. Hashirama is not stronger than Hiruzen. Kishi's databook words over all your opinions. Mokoton is not invincible.
