In terms of:

Jutsu and elements and maybe a few other things, but it's all hype man.

Literally all hype. Why?


Kishi brought this fool back along with all the other kage...with edo which has no restrictions and what does he do to show his oh so greater than every other kage?

He doesn't do jack shet. In fact he was the first to get solo'd by Obito (after tobi and hashi) and stayed put and ran away to fight Zetsu Yamato.

The third hokage is a joke with all these feats just like Itachi. No wonder why they were so close.

If Kishi really wanted him to be respected then just throwing hear say feats and having him "beat" edo hashi and tobi ain't even remotely close. If he'd had chosen to fight Madara and hold his ground in place of Hashi then he'd would of gotten mad respect and I'm not talking about no 1-3 pages of dialogue and a few beast clashes (basically what Madara and Hashi did) I'm talking a full on fight.

The Raikage is probably the most prideful fool in Naruto yet he yields respect for Minato

Minato gets and has gotten so much praise... it's obviously over looked by Itachi and the third but he's like the last most important piece of the puzzle while they are the other pieces but gets shitted on. He's the least respected Hokage (after Kakashi, and Tsunade)​

Since Hiruzen was revived at old age, his chakra and power should be as low as before but wait... Tobirama states that the Hokage have been revived "close to original power" this means Hiruzen was revived weaker then he was alive at old age yet he was able to produce the 5 Elements at such mastery that it was even capable of stalemating the Buddha Statue while the 5 Kage couldn't. Just imagine his Prime.

Hiruzen has shown to have excellent durability feats at age 69 with his Kage Bunshin as one of his clones was stabbed by Hashirama with 4 Kunai in the chest yet did not disperse until Hiruzen was done with it. He was also able to hold Orochimaru's soul for an hour long despite being stabbed through the chest by the Sword of Kusangi.

Dangerous CQC
Even past his Prime, Hiruzen had showed excellent Close Quarter Combat skills. Moments after sealing parts of his soul away to seal the Edo Hokage and exhausting his remaining Chakra on Kage Bunshin, he was still able to easily disarm Orochimaru from his Sword of Kusangi with great ease and catch him to prepare his sealing Jutsu. He was also able to easily break through the Shinju branches and save Naruto despite Tobirama and Minato unable to get through.
