No intel at the beginning of the fight doesn't mean the Raikages can't learn their opponents' abilities as the battle goes along and develop a strategy to defeat them, like Jiraiya did. Deidara and Sasuke fought with no intel, that wasn't a boring fight: Sasuke deduced Deidara's abilities and figured out a way to counter, same with Sasuke vs Danzo, Jiraiya vs Pain, etc...

None of the Peins even reacted to SM Naruto's blitz until after he had done so, so I don't see how they deal with these two speedsters.

Nagato takes the second scenario, unless Healthy Nagato is like that of the one post-absorbing Gyuki's chakra. In case of the latter, they stand a chance purely based on the fact that he could barely walk.
