What u forget is the raikages reflexes are off the chart & hell bringer fingers & super speed punch will be amplified if pain uses the attraction and if he can't see A a wide scale attraction will jus do him harm/ also direct attraction won't happen he he can't pinpoint him and its the same for repulsion

Except as soon as he gets close, the absorbing pain's powers will take away his precious lightning armor.
