well, Madara has ems(basic powers: amaterasu, tsukuyomi, susanoo(complete)...can use it in both eyes, cos ems is double ms...), he has rinnegan, 6 paths, he has mokuton, izanagi(multiple use cause of rinnegan), 7 demons in gedou mazou and he has stn + all chakra natures(just everything what he has now)...and body in his prime(this is one boost).
cloud ninjas are in theyr prime also

Undecided, meaning I have no idea who is going to win.

Fact 1) We have little info on Tobi/Madara. EMS wasn't shown or used by Tobi/Madara himself. Only the three Comma Sharingan and the Rinnegan were shown in his possession at the moment. It's still unknown if his able to use the abilities of the Rinnegan or utililize the Path's and their abilities.

Fact 2) Only Itachi were shown to utilize the abilties of Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, and Amaterasu until he transplate those abilties to Sasuke.

Fact 3) Information on Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi were given by Jiraiya and Kakashi during Part 1 of Naruto, when they first incounter Itachi. That is when Jiraiya and Kakashi must have given the information to Konoha. Susanoo powers and abilities was not known until Part 2 of Naruto, when Sasuke and Itachi were battle each other.

Fact 4) Madara has the First Hokage Cells but it is still unknown if he can utilize the First Abilties. We just have to assume he can, given facts during the battle with Danzou and Sasuke.

Fact 5) To sume this all up. Tobi is consider Madara, your "Thread" says Madara so Team Kumo will be fighting Madara instead of Tobi/Madara beacuse Tobi identiy is still unknown. Making this "Thread" a Fail (Sorry). Madara himself was said to go up against the Fist Hokage and his wife Mito, an Uzumaki, so him winning against Kumo is likely especially with his battle experience with the Senju.

not sure and madara is not confiremd to have all those powers like tsukiyomi, susssano and amaterasu but his gedo with 7 tb, he has rinnegean and its powers which are also incredible are incredibly strong yet he is going aginst ppl of tb level powers except darui and C. i can't say who would win this but the way madara is now he is very OP but i'll wait to decide.
