3rd + 4th = Kyuubi down?

Had the Third and Fourth Hokages joined forces, with all their knowledge and advanced techniques, to fight the Kyuubi... would they have succeeded without resorting to the Death Reaper Seal Technique? Everybody would have been in a happy place....

Hiruzen would maybe die if Minato was not there to help, but as my opinion yes Minato can defeat Kyuubi without the Reaper death seal.
As for Kushina, she said that Minato could master all powerful sealing jutsus in no time, also Minato had lot of powerful sealing jutsus.

Besides I agree with Minato can seal away Kurama for sure, but he can seal Kurama inside Kushinas stomach again, not the Reaper death seal, but he's other powerful sealing jutsus. According to Kushina, she ssaid Minato had a lot of powerful sealing jutsus and he could mastered all powerful sealing jutsus in no time.
That's explain why he's the fourth hokage, not only the yellow flash.
