The last part kind of is where you messed up with the ill intentions of your thread because they dampen at least half of what you said, because not only are there enough formidable female characters (Kushina, Ino, Temari, Tsunade, Mei) all of which spread throughout the series, but there's the fact Medical Ninjutsu has proven way more useful than you imply. Madara detested the sight of Medical Ninjutsu as rustled as he seemed to be that someone else had Hashirama's regenerative abilities, which probably played a huge role in his defeat as not only was he recovering from fatal wounds that Madara could not recover from, but he was also having the advantage in strength between the two as a result.
Saying Medical Ninjutsu was useless for Sakura when she used it to save 1000s of shinobi and negated the effects of the Rikudou chakra induced rods, saved the protagonist at least two times with it, saved Sasuke while we're at it, and WAS THE MVP (depending from which lense you look at it) in the final stage of the Kaguya fight (retrieving Sasuke with Obito, landing the blow that would afford Sasuke and Naruto time to seal Kaguya). Saying Sakura's Medical Ninjutsu did nothing for her when without her Sasuke and Naruto would have probably not have defeated Kaguya at all, or succeeded but with much more fatal wounds, that depending on whether you believe Sasuke would have even made it back without spending a good amount of time trying to figure out how to, and expending A LOT of his chakra as a result, is an irrefutabley huge stretch. Anyway, you, as every other Sakura hater have a very narrow view on any feats that, despite how they could be no so great, are still appreciable for the fact that they are.
I believe you have confused the content of the post.
Sakura's Medical Ninjutsu is really useful for support, however, Sakura learned Byakugou no Jutsu - Sozou Saisei (the combination of both techniques) to be able to break the 4 rules of Tsunade and go to the front line. The problem is that the heyday of Medical Ninjutsu is not as effective for combat. There are a number of Jutsus that completely ignore regeneration and considering what we have seen, Sakura and Tsunade do not care much about the damage when they use this technique, despite the clear disadvantage of this technique in the face of high level techniques.
As for Hashirama, do not confuse. The regeneration of Hashirama was only one of the skills among the hundreds he possesses. He did not survive against Madara only for her and remember that the Hokage was endowed with immense physical stamina.
The biggest advantage of combining these techniques is the immense amount of chakra that the user acquires after releasing the seal, but that is not the purpose of the topic. My post is focusing on the heyday of Medical Ninjutsu.
Go home you liar, Kamui hacked kaguya's dimension without that thing
