Sasuke and Sai could take this, Shino isn't needed with him they win.

Sasuke could probably take Naruto and Kiba out by himself while Sai and Shino gang up on Lee. Mainly cause Naruto has nothing on Sasuke right now. Clone spam has been countered by Sasuke so many times, his Kyuubi powers were suppressed in the manga and then Sasuke proceeded to manhandle Sai and Naruto. Without the Kyuubi's power Sharingan Sasuke will destroy Naruto let alone CS1 or Sasuke. If Sasuke summones Manda he could solo this.

 

[Izuna Kakashi Senju]

Sasuke solos this he pretty much solo'd Team 7 and a Jounin(Yamato). He wouldn't have much trouble with Lee and Kiba in CS1 or even in base as he has Genjutsu and can summon snakes, he can Blitz Naruto like he did when they clashed at the start of Shippuden.
