Plus I'm not sure what happened to Madara's body after him and Hashirama had their moment but I think Orochimaru took his body and experimented on it with Hidan's DNA. Maybe that's why he spoke of Itachi's name, he's probably Hidan's reincarnation.

Well, the first thing that came up to my mind when i saw him was the hair. Hidan was similar hair and that sort of facial expression.
