My Prediction: Sasuke-Semi-High to Super-Massive-High Difficulty
If you had read this, you are not mistaken, I proudly had stated that Sasuke with a 3 Tomoe Sharingan Doujutsu can possibly take on Bm Naruto or rather be able to manage to beat him down and achieve victory with the type of weather conditions I had laid down on top of the table and had implemented. Sasuke, to me, is a very versatile character even with just a 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Take note that this Sasuke is able to use his Cm2 and has a huge chakra reserve due to him having sealed Orochimaru inside of himself in this bout. Here are the methods of which and why Sasuke would use for him to be able to be called the victor.
Let as go back and view a few chapter's back to the very start of the series where a young Hatake Kakashi demonstrates that a Sharingan wielder is able to copy somebody elses exclusive jutsu this is of course excluding Kekkai Genkai based originated jutsus:
Here we see Hatake Kakashi memorizing Zabuza's hand signs in an instant.
Here we clearly see Kakashi use the same said water type jutsu perfectly and effectively.
Here, Kakashi states that his sharingan cannot be able to copy Kekai Genkai beased jutsus.
Okay now that I had stated all those insightful little interesting fact's. Let us now go on to the method of which Sasuke would be able to defeat and confuse as well as maybe even be able to paralyze Naruto. By copying the following jutsu's Sasuke's chances of winning this tough and exhausting bout would increase ten fold.
Step 1.) Sasuke would proceed to copy the hand sign's of Naruto's ace ability known famously as the Shadow Clone jutsu at the very start of the battle.
Oh, and before some had the opportunity to state biased and opinionated text's such that Sasuke would not be able to manage a Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu because of the sole reason of the large gap-diffrence between his and Naruto's chakra pool's I will make your opinion invalid as of this moment. As proved by this scan.
Naruto was only of a non-genin-tier shinobi in the above image. There is no solid proof that he had the assistance of the Nine Tailed Demon Fox when he had performed Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu. So I am sure that Sasuke is able to manage to do so as well.
Step 2.) Copy the destructive jutsu known as the Rasengan.
We can see here that even a low tier Ninja such as Kakashi is able to do a perfected type of a Rasengan. So what is stopping Sasuke not to do so as well?
Step 3.) I had call this step the decider. Add lighting element to the perfectly copied Rasengan Jutsu. I myself think that an Lighting infused Rasengan is capable of both offensive and defensive purposes as it is a very versatile move with the same propeties and force as the FRS, furthermore it is defensive as I believe that It has the same effect as Tsunade's Body Derangement which cut's of the individual's brain contact making it hard for the person which had been hitted head on by the said jutsu to move as the Body Derangement work's on that kind of effect.
Step 4.) This is if there is absolutely no hope left, it is likely does not differ, to an all or nothing type of attack. Sasuke proceed's to use multiple shadow clone's of himself. Some trying to distract Naruto, other's charging up for a massive spamming of the Kirin Jutsu to be charged simultaneously in Naruto's direction.
All in all Sasuke has about a 50-50 chance of winning this above bout in this type of a condition.
