3t Itachi made a joke out of Orochimaru.
We've seen the capabilities of ET Hokages in part one.
Jukai Koutan isn't catching Madara with his movements, even if we gave him Kajukai Korin feats Madara could use his Gunbai to rid of the pollen.
Tobirama, his FTG requires tactical desicions, he needs planning when he uses that jutsu which requires his mind which he doesn't posses in that state.
And it is even debatable whether they can resist Sharingan Genjutsu when they're in Derp Mode something alive Orochimaru couldn't.

Bloodlust + location + no intel on one of the most sneaky characters in NV definitely gives Orochimaru a win here.
