Lol, how can 3 tomoe Sasuke beat Kakashi?
It's the same as saying that his fight with Naruto in valley of the ends(or whatever it was called) was even greater than Kakashi's power? I mean if Kakashi would make it on time wouldn't he be able to stop their fight only with two fingers? Kirin wouldn't kill Kakashi he would dodge it. lol

Depends on who uses his ultimate technique (Kamui/Kirin) first. Kakashi has no counter to Kirin (doubt he has enough chakra to warp it away, especially if this happens late into the battle). Sasuke might be able to dodge Kamui the way Deidara did, though I'm not sure.

Kakashi would use lightning clone to tank Kirin and Kirin takes a lot of time he can't Kamui it because it's instantaneous and can't Kamui Sasuke while he is performing Kirin because it takes time too. He would just use lightning clone because sure he would realize Sasuke was about to use something. Plus Kirin is kinda made of chidori so Kakashi taught it to Sasuke and you think Kakashi wouldn't have a counter for it? (Kakashi taught Chidori and Oro taught Kirin as Sasuke had already mastered Chidori).
