Just so se can acquire some common grounds here, I will give him Hebi Sasuke's chakra levels since we can't properly estimate what they would be.
And yes, Susanoo and Spiritual weapons are restricted
Só don't go with totsuka blitz.
Itachi can havê his Anbu katana (why not?)

Because his normal 3t genjutsu should beat the rest imo, it already beat Oro and Deidara so i don't see why it can't beat the rest. The only exception is Sasori since genjutsu doesn't work on him, so Sasori is debatable.

Stops at Deidara. He's already been able to canonically see through Sharingan Genjutsu, nor will he able to deal with anything above the level of C2 when it comes out. This shouldn't even be debatable. Manga knowledge only makes it even worse, since Deidara won't hesitate to bring out anything needed to finish him off early on.

He's only capable of doing that because of his like 3 year prep time JUST to beat Itachi. We should see it as if he never fought them before (deidara&oro). But thats just my opinion. If Deidaras prep time is included he should beat him though.

Edit: nvm, since intel is manga he has the prep.

He gets his "prep" regardless of knowledge. Deidara at his strongest point in the manga developed the ability to see through Sharingan Genjutsu, so he gets it. Not sure how this logic you are using makes sense.

Stops at Deidara. Anybody on Deidara's level and beyond in the Akatsuki (so Kisame/Sasori/Kakuzu) will need the MS to beat. Deidara already has his own method of seeing through Sharingan Genjutsu, so basic 3T Genjutsu isn't working against Deidara and Itachi without Susano'o doesn't have any defence against Deidara's onslaught.

Yea he gets it, my logic didn't quite work there when i think about it, he's just a really bad matchup for Itachi in this case i guess.

I guess i imagined Itachi as 13 year old before awakening MS. (therefore he wouldn't had fought deidara and he wouldn't had trained his eye)
