We all now know rin jinchuriki of sanbi but wasnt yagura or sorry something forgot name was jinchuriki of sanbi and even in 4th ninja war he was incarned by kabuto and even made 3tail jinchuriki so in manga we saw rins body was taken by obito so how could anybody extract sanbi and seal to another body????? This is impossible!

Don't forget that Obito was trained by Madara and was controlling Yagura during the Bloody Mist period of Kirigakure. Obito resealed the Sanbi into Yagura and took control of him. Problem solved.

let me clearify something ..
The bijju WAS NOT sealed in rin..those mist ninjas wanted to seal the bijju inside rin's body and they were going to release rin back to konoha..so that the bijju wud become violent and destroy konoha..it was their plan..but rin already knew it..so she sacrificed herself

The village could have been called the Bloody Mist before Obuto was under control. It was never stated that the village was called the Bloody Mist, because of Obito.

Obito takes control of Yagura when he starts posing as Madara (and Yagura was only a kid)... so it's safe to say Yagura came into play after Rin's death

Rin was a 3tailed Jinchūriki too less time to get used to Bijū and become a potential wielder of one.

That's why Yagura was made Edo 3tailed Jinchūriki, moreover he's a way more stronger by himself alone, and I personally consider it being the main reason for Kabuto to reanimate him, long ago Obito has ever thought to make his Jinchūriki 6PATHS

Yagura had been Jinchūriki before Obito took control over him, that's why he could manifest it so easily....due to the fact that Tailed BEASTS are but slaves for those with BLESSED EYES:scorps:

Rin was the 3 tail Jinchuriki. Don't forget that if a Jinchuriki dies before the Bijuu is extracted, the Bijuu will regenerate after time because the bijuu's chakra cannot be destroyed.
