She was really interesting, her being acquainted with Orochimaru and all....but it's unfair how she's forgotten yeah.

I had to give her a 1. The problem with Anko was that she had the potential to become a very, very interesting character. She should have been a major supporting character, but she was poorly used. I think that instead of introducing a new character in Yamato she should have been in the captain of team 7 in the Sasuke and Sai Arc, because she would have been a good foil to Sasuke, but no. I now think she should have been killed off when she fought Orochimaru in the Exams arc. that would have been effective. give a character some depth then BAM kill her off for the shock value and to establish Orochimaru as a threat.
She had great potential but wasn't used.

I gave her a very generous '7'.
I like her as a character - she's a bit of a freak, but that's hardly surprising. But I like it - her - her personality/mannerisms - appearance - interaction with Ibiki etc.

Points added for;
- not being a fan-girl and a blight upon all kunoichi
- having a significant backstory
- furthering the Orochimaru storyline

She's a decent - serious - kunoichi and the fact she's not a love-struck fool or a med-nin granted her major points.
