He is not the So6P. He does not know the names of the Bijuus. He does however know the limit to Kurama's chakra having controlled him before. I think what has thrown him off is that after Naruto earned the respect of the other bijuus and learned there names he unlocked a new level of power which he did not know existed. If anything it indicated he is no the So6P and instead is just a guy who abused the full extent of the 9 tails chakra

Agreed with this. Also as far as I see it, it's raining because Sasuke is out and the sky is crying because Emos make the sky sad.
