1- Do you think that if Jiraya had gone into sage mode, he could have defeated Hanzo with the help of two other Sannins?

2- Do you think that Tsunadei deserves to be titled as one the legendary Sanins?

3- Is Jiraya really so much powerful that Itachi says if they fight each other both will be killed? (I for one think Itachi is the strongest shinubbi - after Rikuddi senin - in this anime)

2. Yes, her strength and medical-ninjutsu are proof of this.
3. That's debatable. Most will say Itachi is far stronger, but I think Jiraiya would at least have a chance in Sage Mode.

He learned it at a young age this was established already
hanzo was based off of the most prolific ninja in Japanese history

to tell the truth yes i assumed so, because as I recall, when going into sage mode, Jiraya had lord Fukusaku and Lady Shima on his shoulders, but we didn't see them on his shoulders in the scenes we have regarding the battle
