Amaterasu is Amaterasu. It's as fast as when Itachi used the technique on Sasuke, when Sasuke used it on Obito, Madara, E etc.

And even currently, there aren't many characters who can dodge it. So Itachi's Amaterasu would destroy anyone from Part I. Not even Jiraiya nor Orochimaru are dodging no matter what, even if they knew it was coming. Unless you think they are even near as fast as E.​

We didn't really know how Amaterasu worked in Part 1. Jiraiya turns a corner and there's a hole of black flames in the wall. We didn't know Amaterasu fast at all.

Itachi possessed his Mangekyo for several years before that. Sasuke possessed his for several days and was able to manipulate even it's shape. In fact, when he first time displayed it Obito couldn't dodge it. It's in fact rare for people to even dodge Amaterasu, as Zetsu noted. And he hadn't even seen it that much.​

Guy is featless, Kakashi nearly lost to the likes of Zabuza, he got paralyzed when he met Orochimaru. Gaara? Like seriously, wtf man?

Itachi is the only one who could take down a Sannin in 1vs1, no one else was even remotely close to their level.

Itachi, gaara and Kimi stand the best chance IMO. With itachi being the key factor. He can one shot any of the sannin, making the fight more balanced. Kimi with bone forest can take out tsunade or jman if they are careless.

How is Guy standing a chance against the Sannin? In part1 even Lee had more impressive feats than him.

Manda can take care of Kimimaro, his bones aren't piercing his skin and even if they do, the snake probably won't even feel it. Jiraiya and Tsunade comfortably takes care of Itachi while Gamabunta and/ or Katsuyu solos Gaara.
