Without Minato, Naruto doesn't exist, Kushina is captured as a kid and Kurama is stolen, Third Shinobi war is lost, Hiruzen loses against pain or Obito, all other jinchuuriki are captured and world ends.

Without Jiraiya, Naruto never learns rasengan, Sage mode, or learns he is the child of prophecy, and is still a loser at the academy.

Write the story around them. Duh -_-
Give Naruto some other dad with some other reason for getting the fox, or better yet never introduce him at all. Naruto can learn rasengan from Kakashi and I would like the series a lot better without the child of prophecy thing.

The story can be tweaked so that these characters aren't necessary, but Naruto and a Sasuke are paramount. Every world needs a god so I just through Hagoromo in there.

#2: Konoha Fodders who killed nagato's parents: No Akatsuki, No Problem.
#3: Mizuki: If he wasn't there, Naruto wouldnt pass the academy, Team 7 would have Shikamaru instead of him, They would have become just another boring team, Orochimaru would have massacred them in the Forest of Death, and Naruto would be just another casualty from Gaara's rampage. EVERYONE DIES.

Izuna: no madara EMS, no madara vs hashirama fight, madara doesn't get rinnegan, neither does nagato and obito dies as a kid. no akatsuki, no nine tails attack, kushina stays nine tails jinchuriki, the uchiha massacre doesn't happen, sasuke doesn't have as much of a reason to get very strong, naruto has no decent rival, neither get extremely strong, gaara kills/cripples sasuke during their fight in the chuunin exams due to him not knowing chidori, naruto loses to neji due to lack of nine tails chakra. the invasion of konoha begins, nobody stops shukaku and everyone dies.

alternatively, minato stays hokage and naruto becomes a pampered idiot with Ebisu as a sensei.

Yagura: bloodmist village never happens, Zabuza isn't evil, sasuke doesn't reawaken sharingan
as soon, orochimaru doesn't target sasuke, sasuke doesn't go evil, ect.

spiral zetsu: obito can't leave the madara cave, doesn't see rin die, doesn't get MS or turn evil, no evil akatsuki, no infinite Tsukiyomi plan.
