well. do u mean u need senju dna for perfect susanoo? im not sure. possible.
but madara said he used it against hashi.
he lost. he lost with perfect susanoo and kyubi.

so wood dragon is the strongest <- hashi didnt even have uchiha sp*rm in his dna to use such strong power.

madara having all his jutsus is just god mode.
