Seeing zetsu mid range from my position, i swiftly do a few hand seals and unleash four massive fireballs into the sky. Two of them shoot higher than the others to serve one purpose, which is to heat up the atmosphere to create a storm in due time. The other two arc upwards and dive down at you covering all of your short range radius aiming to burn you alive.

The moment i release the four fireballs into the sky, i manipulate the earth under you and mid range every direction around you to rise numerous pillars all slanted towards you. This would happen as you attempt to counter or evade the fire, thus catching you in the act and forcing you to defend the earth at the same time. The pillars seek to rip through you completely, though i make sure they don't come too close to me so i wont be harmed.

As Zetsu notices Jio releasing the fireballs, he gathers a huge amount of chakra in his chest before releasing it as a huge bullet of water that would destroy the fireballs and continue towards Jio with high force and power. The moment the water bullet clashes against the fireballs, it creates steam just enough to obscure him from Jio's vision for couple of seconds. Once (if) Jio takes care of the water bullet, he would no longer see Zetsu at his original location. Zetsu would have used the Mayfly technique to travel mid-range behind him, at 8'oClock direction. Zetsu would soon release two kunais aiming at Jio's head before dashing towards him. Zetsu would then kick him on his stomach to launch him into the air. Zetsu would jump again to kick him higher and then jump on his shoulder to spin Jio as he crashes into the ground.

Ima go with it but I'll tell you now, that counter wasn't at all valid. 0_0
1) the fireballs are shot upwards into the sky, and if you've seen the jutsu each fireball is spread out with a good gap between each. Your water bullet is a continuous stream, so once I've shot the fireballs into the sky, you'd have to aim at one at a time to intercept and extinguish each one; then you go on to aim the stream at me since you say you attack me with the watet. This means you're aiming at 4 different targets before aiming at me, but by that time I'd surely do my hand seal-less earth technique that would kill you while you try to intercept all the fire then aim at me. 0_0 but that's cool.
2) the steam would be in the sky seeing as I'm sure my fireballs would reach a good height before you could hit them. So I'll continue as if you countered all my fire in the air, creating steam above us, followed by you aiming the water towards me etc etc,
Seeing you intercept each of my fireballs before they can achieve their goals, i also take note of the build up of steam many meters above our position; essentially blocking our view of the sky. Before i knew it you were positioning your head towards me to shoot me with your canon stream of water. I'd instinctively weave a single hand seal and inhale deeply in one breath. In a split second i blast from my mouth a large translucent sphere of wind that would shoot straight at you, intercepting the incoming stream of water and overpowering it seeing as it would've lost some power defending the fireballs.

Directly after releasing the wind i create 2 clones (yin/yang) to my left and right respectively. Yin does a wide arc to my left (your right) staying mid range from you as yang does the same to my right (your left) also maintaining a mid range distance. On the other hand i simply run forwards going head first at you while you defend.

As i see you doing the hand seals i throw a specially tagged kunai at you with my left hand while drawing my sword with my right. Whilst drawing Shine-Tsu-Hiko i channel Fuuton chakra throughout him and release a burst of wind. Simultaneous to me releasing the wind chakra i do a 360° clockwise rotation whilst using shape manipulation to shape the wind into countless birds made of wind. They're all released continuously as i spin, shooting in all directions to completely destroy your pillars and earth techniques. Due to the power of the wind birds they'd still hold minimal strength after destroying your techniques, so would still head at you. I'd dash towards you following behind the birds some distance, attempting to invade your close range vicinity.
