that is so wrong and cruel in so many ways and it so sad what is the world coming to a 2 year old you know you think some people just dont care that hurts that not one of the 18 people even tried to save the child

I could Understand if the Driver hit her then got out of the vehicle to check if the child was ok and helped... But he just ran over her a second time and Drove off.

How do you not notice the thread when it's in the 1st page. This is not naruto discussion or naruto manga section. Threads don't go to the 2nd page within 1 hour of creation. This is general discussion and it takes at least a week or 2 until a thread gets pushed to the 2nd page.

I don't believe it when you say "oops I didn't see the original thread"
