2Tomoe Sharingan with Nero

I want the 2 tomoe sharingan because it is needed to further master the sharingan to get to the 3 tomoe and hopefully one day the Mangekyou Sharingan. The Uchiha clan has been my pride clan since I first laid eyes on the clan and this awesome doujutsu. I also make often use the Sharingan during Roleplay. I will be stronger, and known for my skills with this doujutsu!
The 2 tomoe sharingan further enhances the users capabilities to perceive motions and copy motions perceived, by the opponent. Enabling the user to further also formulate counters is a much more expedient manner than before. The user can anticipate faster movement, allowing them to keep up with faster shinobi using taijutsu and shinobi that utilize fast hand seals and predict the opponents Ninjutsu to certain extent. Furthermore enabling the user to pierce C-rank and below genjutsu with relative ease.

Rules....? The user must undergo a specific training session to develop the 2nd tomoe. When predicting someone's Ninjutsu, one cannot break time frame but must be done to fit the situation. One will not be able to begin a counter before his opponent. And will still have to abide by activation of 2 tomoe counting on the 3 moves per turn rule.
I slowly close my eyes, and activate my clans precious bloodline, the Sharingan and revealing one tomoe.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

I watch the Sharingan master disappear with his doujutsu.. Alright Sensei.. Where would you be.. I run into the nearby forest, keeping my eyes open, and blinking only minimally. In order to maintain maximum focus of my Sharingan. Trying my best not to miss the slightest detail. I then begin swiftly jumping through the trees, from branch to branch looking up and down and searching for any trance of chakra or even body heat or the slightest movement of my surroundings... I then blink once Not in this forest.. I swiftly return to the forest clearing. . And begin to increase my vigilance .. I observe my surrounding closely . . I then notice a slight trace of chakra followed by small aquatic movement by the nearby lake. I then run to the lake and notice the significant chakra signature inside of it. Found you Sensei!
X_X *floats to the top of the water*.... *poofs as a walk up behind you* I was in the forest and u didnt notice me i could havve killed you lets try again *makes three clones and we all disappear and hide once again in different places*
Darn it! I missed the obvious, how careless of me! I observe my sensei make three shadow clones. Now I have to find sensei in three different places, alright let's be more careful. I see the clones disappear in a swift flash. I then begin to mobilize. I then swiftly run through the forest, widening my eyes and my vision and trying my best not to miss a single detail of the forest. Every leaf, every swaying of the trees, even the beams of light that came forth through the forest. I then jump, higher into the trees, seeing stray leaf fall toward the ground unlike the others that fell. I then spot sensei sitting on a branch in the higher part of the tree. That's one I go on into the forest and notice, a shadow poking from behind a rock, I jump on top of the rock and spot another clone behind it That's two , I finally reach the forest clearing and notice a rock.. A rock with a chakra signature.. Hmm I touch the rock and Sensei poofs from his transformed state as a rock. That's Three..
The Sharingan is able to see through Genjutsu by noticing the irregularity of the chakra flow inside of other people and but not as the same extent as the Byakugan. Also, one with a second tomoe can pick up on the most subtle details in Genjutsu, able to piece through it.
