Everyone is present from after the fight with Juubito, including the Biju. Madara is mortal and has both of his Rinnegan, he doesn't have Sage Mode yet but can steal it from Naruto or Hashirama if he wishes. Everybody is fighting him this time including (Edo Hokages, Gokage, and Sasuke's Squad)
Knowledge: Manga
Location: Same as the Manga
Restrictions: Being the Juubi's Jin (Although that doesn't stop him from soul ripping the Biju with Gedo)
Madara takes this Low/Mid-Diff imo
Gedo Mazo deals with all of the Biju, this includes Minato. Anyone trying to help them is easily repelled by Limbo or a Hago Chakra infused PS. Base Minato or Tobirama are reacted to like in Cannon.
Chibaku Tensei can be used to mow fodders
After he steals SM from Naruto and Madara, he becomes even more powerful
Naruto and Sasuke's Susano'OxBM combo won't be enough here, Madara's own PS should exceed that of the combo. As a small portion of Hago's Chakra gave Kakashi in the same plain as Rinnegan Sasuke's, Madara should be at least in that plain as well.
Bijudama were tanked without a scratch by a weaker PS, the Biju can't hut it here
Given all the fodders he'll be destroying, he can keep replentishing chakra like how he did right before capturing the Biju
