Tobirama. Tobirama is more knowledgeable, more skilled in ninjutsu, better genjutsu defense due to fighting Uchiha his whole life. The things Minato has on Tobirama are speed, and fuuinjutsu.

Even though there is really nothing indicate that Tobirama is more knowledgeable than Minato, but the other things are just terrible. (=
Minato is better than Tobirama with S/T jutsus, he's better with chakra as well and controlling it.
he has shown that he can do hands seals with 1 arm, and he is better with sealing jutsus as well.
he also has same clones, sensing, and the 4 suns barrier...etc

how comes Tobirama is better than him exactly?

Tobirama is cooler and better in all aspects imo. At least he has more than 1 technique at his disposal.

Tobirama knew about the black stuff, analyzed it better than Minato, and just seems more knowledgeable.

1- All what Tobirama said about them is if it hits you, you wont regenerate. However, Minato analyzed how it wonks, and the distance and to effectively overcome it. I see what Minato said about them is much better.

2-How do you know that Tobirama has more chakra? Minato has a huge chakra that he was able to learn SM and perfect it. on the other hand, Tobirama couldn't. As for kinjutsu, what are Tobirama's feat with that? Slashes? Has not Minato done that tons of time? U_U

as for the element, according to kakashi; Minato has an element at least which he tried to use it with his rasengan.
