- Sasori starts with 3rd kazekage puppet, 2nd Mizukage already summoned his clam

Sasori spams Iron Sand till the clam is destroyed or uses poison gas.

Sasori mid diff. He detects the clam with iron sand like gaara did then crush the clam with a giant iron sand cube. He rips apart joki boy with iron sand world method and uses fire jets to evaporate water bullets or bubbles (2nd mizukage doesnt even know his weak spot.) he then either poisons him with a poison gas cloud, overwhelms him with a hundred puppets, spams iron sand needles, burns him up with fire, etc...

Actually 2nd Mizukage genjutsu would work because it creates mirages which can confused anyone unlimited Joki boy spams would overwhelm Sasori. Oil plus water > Iron sand. Water bullet through the chest ends this.

Iron sand shouldn't stop joki boy, it took gold dust to weigh it down enough.

Sasori should win (assuming he can detect the clam in the same way as Gaara).
If it comes to it he can always tire the Mizukage, taunt him and force him to come out, since he theoretically can last longer in battle and the Mizukage gets easily annoyed Lol (Sasori isn't one to keep waiting though).

it doesn't with any other but,
Mizukages external genjutsu is different from all others. it doesn't internally change your brains chakra flow like the others do .
He changes what can be seen in the environment that is covered by his mist.

OT: Sasori wins by outlasting mizukage. 100 puppets will counter Joki boi as well as the genjutsu->watergun combo.
they would find the clam almost instantly while simultaneously warding off a close range watergun attempt by spreading the proximity.
they would also put joki boi on the defensive, keeping him away from sasori when he explodes & then they can be instantly reformed afterwards either way(its just a water blast.)

--Whilst his genjutsu is rather ineffective against sasori, but so are the latters puppet based attacks (which are his own arsenal) on the mizukage due to him being ablle to liquify himself,

--Water guns on the puppets along with Joki Boy would give the mizukage the win,

since genjutsu affects the users senses, and apart from the heart (which isnt a sensory organ), none of Sasoris body is even living

I know but his genjutsu isn't really genjutsu since it doesn't disturb chakra at all it an optical illusion which Sasori would fall for.
