If the Second Mizukage utilize his Genjutsu to kill Hanzou then Hanzou would just use his secret poison body thing and kill himself and the Second Mizukage to end the match in a draw. Hanzou can also use his summoning, salamander, to fill the battlefield with poison and lure the Second Mizukage out of hiding and/or to his demise.
