Very tough fight. Danzo can take out Joki. Once Joki is taken out Mizukage power drops. But then again Danzo doesn't really have a method to find the clam. His best chance is the location giving up hints to where he is located. Regardless this is a bad match up to my man Danzo =(

Correct, Danzo wins this,

--Baku sucking up the mist means that danzo would be able to locate the clam, and thus uses his susanoo blowing fuutons to destroy the clam, which is mizukages only chance of winning,

--using joki boy is just useless for the mizukage when danzo has izanagi to respawn from any of the damages that are dealt to him and the justsu would just leave the mizukage vulnerable thus allowing danzo to finish him off, not to mention that bakus sucking power would also slow down JB therefore allowing danzo to kill mizukage effectively

Joki boy wins. Baku can try his mist suction until a water bullet pierces his dome. Joki boy easily runs up Danzo Izanagi seeing as it explodes and constantly rebuilds it's self. Danzo has no way to harm the Mizukage via water body.
