2nd Mizukage was panting and lost a lot of chakra after using Joki Boy. If he runs out of chakra that quick, even as an edo. Then tell me how he can fight against someone who can fight for 3 days without falling?

Even if the third Raikage (let's call him Broly) can't locate him or hit him, he'll simply outlast troll Kage or wear him down to the point where troll Kage can't hide any longer, dude to running out of stamina.
