2nd Kages:
Tobirama, Muu, 2nd Mizukage, 2nd Raikage (?), 2nd Kazekage(?)
3rd Kages:
Oonoki, Hiruzen, 3rd Mizukage (?), 3rd Raikage, 3rd Kazekage
personally i think the 3rds will win, the 3rd Raikage is almost inpenetrable, 3rd Kazakage was said to be the strongest out of his lot, Hiruzen being in his prime and professor and all, Oonoki being in his prime and dust elements and what not. but a big question mark over the 3rd Mizukage, but in my eyes if the 4th Mizukage turned it into the Bloody mist, then all those great shinobi must have been in the 3rds era making him pretty great to raise such fine shinobis.
im not saying that the 2nds are useless, man they have just as fine shinobi as the 3rds but if i had to choose i'd choose the 3rd.
what you guys think and can someone remake this thread and make it look cool with all manga pictures and everything. permission granted.
p.s i apologise if someone else has already made this thread im still getting used to making them and reading them so please excuse me.
