Tobirama doesn't seem to have a clue of how to use sage mode..
he seems to be a watcher and observer and helper.. he can help the sage mode user..
but he wont be the sage mode user.. he seems completely in awww almost of the sage mode techniques..
I doubt he has sage mode...

i dont see anyone apart from maybe hashirama having a better sage mode then naruto..

also i dont want tobirama to have sage mode it would get annoying having to many people have it... tobirama is good enough as he is just like minato.. they dont need it ..

tho i would like to see his summoning jutsu..

Genma comes back with Ninpou - Senbon Kuchiyose no Jutsu. It summons a living senbon that was used by the sage himself. It resides in Mt. Senboyokou. it has the ability to seal anything that gets within 2 feet of it. It's chakra shroud reaches out 2 feet obviously. Genma wields this, along with his normal arsenal of senbon. his normal senbon can also be used along with FTG, which don't require tags. Genma can also activate his senbon sage mode.

i like how u said water dragon sage the japanese water dragon is a important deity in that culture

only person that actually made sense in this thread - - i doubt he would have sage mode - - he's just a observer of the technique and a planner on how to further help the sage mode user !
