Since the 2nd hokage is the one who came up with EdoTensei can't he brake free from Oros one like Madara did from Kabutos?

Of course he can, as i said in a previous post no skilled ninja would create a jutsu without knowing how to break it, people will argue that Tobirama didn't break it during his fight with the Third Hokage but if you remember correctly Oro didn't let them think for themseleves for too long like Kabuto did.

You are correct. But that is if Orochimaru lets him act freely, Like Kabuto did to Madara.

And I'm not sure, but I think I heard somewhere that the 2nd Hokage's Edo Tensei was not complete. Kabuto's and Orochimaru's Edo Tensei's are complete. Not sure if that is true though.

He didnt perfect and orochimaru had improved on it so maybe that will have an impact

just because he created it, doesn mean he knows everything. Like side effects, and what not. Remember Oro did more to that jutsu than the second did. Unless the second was going around sacrificing people, im sure Oro knows a lot more than the second
