we hear so much about the 1st 3rd and 4th hokage..why isnt the 2nd not really mentioned?? did he not contribute much to the village? the only think i know of him is that he develop the edo tensi tech. thats it.

why isnt he mention more??

Well he was the best water style user, I guess kishi was too busy developing the spammingan and the uchiha

maybe cause he was water based and be too close to the mist village or such.
